Alan "Hoot Al" Neubauer, Traditionalist Gunbuilder since 1970's received my Journeyman status from Steve Bookout at Toad Hall Rifle Shop and a charter member of the CLA. He is also the co-author of "A Wooden Iowa Rifling Bench", with Steve Bookout, "Bookie", Traditionalist Master Gunbuilder and fellow CLA artisan.
The best and most complete treatise available on building a traditional style rifling machine. There is also a section which describes how to convert a lathe which will enable it to turn extra long rifling guides. Heavy on the photographs and straight-forward explanations. Available in book format for $20, plus S&H.
