Artisan Bio | Ranny Sprenger was born and raised in Louisville, KY. He is a member of the CLA and HCH, and has been doing horn work since the mid 70's, mostly on others horns. Professionally he was a pictorial painter and sign writer for some of the largest sign companies in Kentucky. He beguan building and engraving horns full time in the late 90's. In 2003 he retired and began devoting a lot more time to horn making. Almost all of his work is of the French and Indian War period. |
