Artisan Bio | Jim Johnston, born in 1940, grew up in Toledo, Ohio. He began building muzzleloaders in the 1960's and then began building 18th and 19th century furniture in the 1970's. Jim builds on a part-time basis and his trademark is 'II'. Jim has also authored several books on Kentucky Rifles, pistols, scrimshawed powder horns and bowie knives. |
