Artisan Bio

The 18th Century lasted from 1701 to 1800. As a reenactor, this is the time period in which Rudy portrays several different characters. At one event, you may see him portray a member of the Scottish 71st Highland Regiment. At another, you might see him portray an American colonist who is loyal to the crown, serving as a scout. Occasionally, he will be part of a Rogers' Rangers group. At most 18th Century market fairs, though, he is simply a woodwright.....and his woodworking reflects items that were found in the 18th Century home or on campaign. Items available include tape looms, campaign chairs, candle boxes, pipe boxes, gout stools, document boxes, and Jefferson writing desks.
