Artisan Bio | K L Shelton has been building Kentucky rifles pistols and fowlers since 1976. He was inducted into the Safari Club International Muzzleloading Hall of Fame in 2009 and has been featured in the last two additions of THE COMPLETE BALCKPOWDER HANDBOOK by Sam Fadala. Ken learned to build Kentucky Rifles form Taylor Ellington a noted builder in Eastern Kentucky. He not only builds KY. rifles he also hunts exclusively with them and his smooth bore Fowlers. Ken is a frequent contributor of his hunting exploits in the SAFARI JOURNAL a magazine that is distributed to more than ninety countries throughout the world. His rifles have sold from coast to coast in the US; as far North as Canada and as far South as Zimbabwe on the continent of Africa. |
