Lined and treated with beeswax and deer tallow, this forage bag is just the right size for lots of situations. In addition to being water resistant, it is a sturdy piece.
There is an interior pocket on the back, and buckles in both sides for adjusting based on weather conditions.
The flap is made of substantial shrunken bison leather. The strap is 3 pieces of separate coverlets that have been edged and backed with vintage canvas( the same as the body of the bag).It measures 10 1/2” x 11 1/2”

Both Jeff and Shelly are reenactors who began by creating items for themselves. They attend many living history events a year.
